The Rural Wellbeing Expo 2026 brings together a diverse range of trusted health providers, community organisations, and wellbeing services dedicated to supporting New Zealand’s rural communities.

From free health checks and screenings to mental health support, disability services, hearing and kidney health, attendees will have access to practical advice, culturally inclusive support, and trusted information — all in one place.

Held in Pukekohe and delivered in partnership with Asian Family Services, the Expo aims to improve awareness of available services, break down barriers to access, and strengthen the health and wellbeing of growers, families, workers, and residents.

Asian Family Services – Event host providing support for Asian people affected by gambling harm and mental health challenges in New Zealand.

Offering free blood pressure checks, heart health education, and practical advice on reducing the risk of cardiovascular disease.
