Win Great Prizes at the Rural Wellbeing Expo 2026

Visiting the Rural Wellbeing Expo 2026 could be rewarding in more ways than one. Alongside free health checks, expert advice, community activities, and delicious food, attendees can take home fantastic prizes and giveaways.

Hosted by the Dominion Federation of NZ Chinese Commercial Growers in partnership with Asian Family Services, the Expo has been designed to support the health, well-being, and resilience of New Zealand's rural communities, including growers, farmers, horticultural workers, contractors, seasonal workers, and their families.

Prize Draw

Pre-register and attend the Rural Wellbeing Expo to go into the draw to win:

• Sons of the Soil and Success Through Adversity book set, celebrating the stories of New Zealand's rural communities.

• A guided tour of Healthy n Fresh Hydroponic Farm in Karaka, offering a behind-the-scenes look at one of New Zealand's innovative hydroponic vegetable producers. (Please note: commercial growers are not eligible to win this prize.)

Free Fresh Produce Giveaway

Thanks to the generosity of local growers Desloe Produce and Balle Bros, registered visitors can receive FREE fresh produce during the event. Fresh produce will be available on a first-come, first-served basis, with limited quantities available while stocks last. Supporting local growers and promoting healthy eating are important parts of building stronger, healthier rural communities.
